What This Website Collects

Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form or request an appointment, we collect what you type into it. That normally means your name, phone number, email address and whatever you tell us about why you are getting in touch.

Appointment requests. Our booking system is operated by GoHighLevel on our behalf. Information you enter there is handled under our agreement with them and is used to schedule and confirm your visit.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records standard technical information when a page loads: IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed and the site you arrived from. We use this to understand how the site is being used and to keep it working.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies for basic site function and for analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the site working properly.

Maps. Our location pages embed Google Maps. Google may collect information about you when that map loads, under Google's own privacy policy rather than ours.

What We Do With It

We use the information above to:

• confirm and remind you about visits you have booked
• keep the website functioning and secure
• understand which pages people find useful so we can improve them

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

When We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the practice and this website, and only to the extent they need it to do that work. That includes our scheduling and communications platform and our website analytics.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

A Note About Health Information

If you tell us about a health concern through a form on this site, that information becomes part of how we care for you and is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices, not just under this policy.

Please do not send us detailed medical information, images or records through the website. Email and web forms are convenient, not secure. Call us on 817.447.1414 or bring it to your appointment instead.

Text Messages

When you book an appointment with us, you may receive text message reminders about that visit. To stop receiving them, reply STOP to any message or call the office at 817.447.1414. Message and data rates may apply.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling the practice or emailing contact@myquantumchiro.com. Requests about your medical records are handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which gives you additional rights.

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. We do treat children as patients. Information about a child patient is provided by a parent or guardian in the practice, not through this site.

Links to Other Sites

Some pages link to outside sources such as the National Institutes of Health. We link to them because the information is useful. We do not control those sites and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
