What to Expect From Treatment
The first visit takes the mechanism of the collision into account and evaluates the spine against it. We take a full history, examine alignment and range of motion, take X-rays where findings call for them, and document everything at the time.
Most patients notice movement returning before the soreness fully settles. Typically care is more frequent in the first weeks while tissue is still irritable, then spaces out as things stabilise and rehabilitative exercises take over more of the work. We reassess through care, so the plan adapts to your recovery rather than running as a fixed package.

How soon after an accident should I come in?
- As soon as you reasonably can, even if you feel alright. Early evaluation establishes a clear baseline, lets gentle care start before compensation patterns set in, and documents what the collision did while the findings are fresh.
Do you handle the insurance paperwork?
- We document findings and care thoroughly, which is what claims processes generally require, and we work with insurance. We accept Medicare and Humana, United Healthcare and WebTPA, plus many other insurances. Call us with your details and we will tell you where you stand.
What if symptoms started days later?
- That is common after a collision, and it does not mean the injury is less real. Come in and be evaluated. The examination looks at what the crash did to your spine rather than only at what you are feeling today.
